We currently use the following third parties who store your data on our behalf:
Microsoft Office 365, for our internal IT services such as email and file shares (see Privacy in Microsoft Cloud Services).
Google Analytics, for compiling reports of website usage to our site administrators (see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services)
HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA FOR
Where we use your personal information to provide you with our services, we will keep this information for as long as we have a relationship with you.
Where we have your personal information to provide you with marketing information, we will keep your information until you unsubscribe.
When we don't need your personal information any longer, we will delete it from our records in such a way that it cannot be recovered.
GDPR grants the following rights to data subjects in the European Union:

The right to have inaccurate personal data rectified or completed if it is incomplete
The right to have your personal data erased in certain circumstances

ACCESSING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
If you wish to access the personal information we hold about you, email us with subject "Data Subject Access Request" to DataPrivacy@finaptix.com or write to us at the address above.
If we do hold information about you we will give you a description of it, tell you why we are holding it, tell you who it could be disclosed to; and let you have a copy of it.
YOUR RIGHT TO OBJECT TO OUR USE OF YOUR DATA
Where we are using a legitimate interest to process your data, you have a right to object to our processing at any time. In this instance, we will no longer process your data unless:
We are able to demonstrate our compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms; or
Your data is necessary for our establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Where we rely on your consent for us to send you marketing materials, you can withdraw that consent at any time by following an unsubscribe link in one of our emails, or emailing DataPrivacy@finaptix.com.
Finaptix does not perform any automated profiling or decision making using your data.
